Dakahlia Poultry Co (Pvt) Ltd. Established new breeding farm in Sahara Desert. 2008 – 2012

Avian Specialities (Pvt) Ltd. Nigeria. Upgrade and convert facilities to production status. 2013

Silverlands Poultry Project, Tanzania. Design and do feasibility study and business plan for new integrated operation. 2014.

Acacia Mining, Tanzania. Design and do feasibility study and business plan for new integrated broiler chicken operation, (Social Upliftment) Southern mines and North Mara Mines. 2014.

Elbtree Chicks (Pvt) Ltd. Zimbabwe. Design and establish Breeding farms & Hatchery. 2014 – 2016.

Biyinzika Poultry Farms (Pty) Ltd. Uganda. Audit management on all fronts of this fully integrated company due to poor performance. Poor design and bio-security issues detected and corrected. 2017.

Zanzi-eggs (Pty) Ltd. Zanzibar. New greenfields project to produce table eggs for local consumption & export.

Golden River Farms (Pty) Ltd. Queenstown, South Africa. Newly formed company by Tom Warren to establish a broiler breeding operation in the Eastern Cape region of SA, to supply one-day-old broiler chicks to local broiler farmers in that region. This due diligence process and land acquisition is current. 2018 – current.
